This creative workshop explores the power of symbols; their ability to conceal, reveal, and generate meaning, memory, & collective knowledge.

Symbolic Nature shares techniques & guidance in surfacing & using symbols to decode the depths of one’s subconscious nature. You will leave this experience embracing the depth & range of the blooming possibilities within, in the ongoing course to becoming.

Every living thing was born from the power and depths of our world’s shared Ocean.

Re:birth is the return to that source.

It is a ritual designed to lead you into the essence of creation itself. A moving meditation, sinking into wide depths of presence where one drifts to discovery. This journey will bring you to the edges of comfort & continue onwards into the beyond. We explore the art of surrender, the embodiment of trust, and the nature of elemental spirt.

This Sēfari will fundamentally change you, guiding you as you learn read the wind & ride the waves of Life’s ever changing weather.

RE:FLECTION

Water source: / MINERAL HOT SPRINGS, SANTA BARBARA, CA

A hot spring is an ancient well. A landscape of deep time and Earth’s lifeblood.

Sefari’s “re:flection” immersion is an offering designed to create space for intuitive listening - a natural warm water hydrotherapy experience designed to help you surface & witness the wellspring within. This journey is facilitated in the geothermal heated waters of Montecito, Ca which is heated groundwater that has circulated for thousands of years through the fault-lines, deep within the Earth’s crust. Hot spring water often contains large amounts of dissolved minerals which aid the body in its cycle of regeneration.

*Warm water immersion increases blood volume, especially in the chest & heart by pressing tissue fluid from the arms, legs, & skin into the body’s circulation!
